I'm not quite sure about tipping etiquette. My hair stylist is traveling to our hotel to do my hair and my bridesmaids' hair the morning of the wedding. She quoted me a flat price for each person's hair, but do we tip on top of that? It's not like the money goes to a salon and she doesn't get to pocket the whole thing. Same goes for my makeup artist who is coming to the hotel. What have you guys done if you've been in this situation?
