We did the same thing. We went from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and our property tripled in size. Yikes!! It's a ton of maintenance, let alone getting projects done. One piece of advice that I wish someone had told me: if you can afford it, get someone to clean your house and take care of your yard once every week or two. With moving and projects, it's easy to let the daily maintenance take a back seat. Plus it'll allow you time to focus on the fun stuff!

Wow, this is all great!  My life is pretty boring as evidenced by my latest purchases:

Some jeans for my son, a shirt/dress/pants for myself for work from Old Navy and Banana Republic.com.  I also bought some refills for the cat pheromone diffusers in the house so they continue to get along.  I mention them both because they were during the same online shopping bender.  Exciting, somebody stop me!

Next purchase will be Shaun T's T25 so that H will actually try to exercise with me.
