Monday Accountability

B: Ham and egg on a skinny bagel, vanilla greek yogurt
S: Banana
L: Chopped salad with turkey, veggies, and vinegar
S: Apple
D: Grilled chicken, sauteed kale, sweet potato

It's a miracle that I'm not hungover today. Back on the wagon!

  • B: Special K red berries cereal with 2% milk
    S: Strawberries
    L: I'm not sure yet...whatever they have at school, probably half a sandwich and a cup of soup
    S: Mini Kit-Kat bar
    D: Leftovers of some sort; I made chicken fajitas and salad last night, so that will probably be it

    W: Gotta have some. I did pretty well this weekend, though!

    E: Ain't nobody got time for that! But BF and I went a looooooong walk yesterday, so that should count for something.
  • B- Scrambled eggs and blueberries
    L- Chicken and veggies
    D- Quiche with lots of veggies and chorizo

    E- Crossfit craziness

    L: Chicken and Quinoa Soup (best soup EVARRRRRR) - prob 8 or 9 pts

  • B:  2 HB eggs, banana, 1.5 ST WW Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes (plain) -- don't judge my breakfast!  it's been a wild morning.
    L:  MS Irish Beef and Stout Stew (OMG!!!!!!!) and an apple
    S:  orange
    D:  leftover stew, roasted or sauteed asparagus

    E:  um, a massage?  no strenous exercise allowed after a massage, but I do need to clean the house, so I guess I'll try to just keep moving and pick up again tomorrow.

    Good morning ladies! I ran 4.25 miles this morning, so I'm done with exercise for the day....

    L: Leftover pork chops with roasted potatoes and broccolli
    S: Popcorn
    D: Crockpot Chili (YUM!)

    I'm down a pound from my weigh-in two weeks ago and I've got lots of running on tap over the next few weeks, so I'm feeling really good. I'm basically off of alcohol except for a glass or two on the weekends. With TTC and trying to run so much, I need to be as hydrated as possible!

    Goal: 64 oz of water (two full water bottles)
