Hello all,

I have not been on here for awhile so you may not recognize me.  However, I got married on January 9, and I'm back with some reviews and wedding photos, and also a few items for sale in my bio. 

Overall, everything went really well as I'm sure you will see from my reviews.  The only words of advice I would give is to be aware of the size of your guest list, and know that the standard "30%" may not decline.  We invited 293 guests and had 247 rsvp yes, with about 250 actually at the wedding.  I think it was around a 16% decline rate, so our numbers were several thousand dollars higher the reception venue's estimates.  It wasn't a huge issue since we invited that many and were glad so many were able to attend.  I'm merely stating that it's possible, even though EVERYBODY (florist, reception coordinators, other vendors) said to expect around 220.

    Congratulations! I saw your wedding when Laura posted it on her blog and I remember thinking "daaaaang, that is one pretty wedding". Glad to see you had such great vendor experiences. I will definitely keep your decline rate in mind - we have a guest list of 361 and I'm adamant that it needs to be reduced, just in case.

    You were drop dead gorgeous!  What a beautiful dress and ceremony location.  Your reviews are really detailed, too.  Would you consider submitted them to MrsTwinCities (link in my bio).  I think it would be really helpful for other brides to have easy access to them, especially since you haven't been on as much lately.  Thanks!

    Stunning! You looked absolutely gorgeous and your venues were amazing! So glad to hear everything went so well for you!

    Do you remember how much the rentals were for the metal aramatures were, if you don't mind me asking?

    YAY! I'm SO HAPPY to read your vendor reviews! Your wedding looked beautiful. I'm glad that UST worked out well, and I'm glad you loved Deven too! We're also using Deckci, and we're also having our RD at Bonfire on Grand! :)

    Ahh, I've been waiting to see pics and hear how things went because you had your reception at Christo's too! You looked beautiful and seems like it was the perfect day! SO glad it all went well - isn't Geogia amazing??? I'd reccomend Christo's to anyone! :)

    Also, I forgot to include 2 vendors on my reviews so I'll work on getting those up shortly.  I forgot Louise for alterations and our transportation.
