Texas-Dallas and Ft. Worth

New to DFW... starting to shop for my dress... Help!

Hey gals,

I just moved to Dallas and will be planning for my "destination" wedding in Vegas. Its not going to be an Elvis drive-up chapel wedding, I'm planning on having it at a nice hotel. :)

ANYWAY I really really need some advice on where to shop for wedding gowns here in the Dallas area. As for my budget... well, I'm honestly not planning to spend more than $600 on it. I am focusing my time and money on the event and my family and guests, rather than spending a ton of money on a gown I will only wear once.

Is there any place other than David's Bridal to find a deal like this? Thanks! :)

Terry Costa, Mii Bridal, and there is a consignment shop if that interest you. ( I want to say it is Anonomously Yours or something like that but I am not positive.

I bought mine from http://www.bridalboutiquelewisville.com/ and my dress was right around $600... They have a good selection I think!

I was very happy with Terry Costa. Also try denton bridal co. and circle park bridal.

One other chain store is Alfred Angelo.

There's one that's supposed to be pretty good over in FW but I can't remember the name.  Maybe someone later on will be able to come up with their name.  Good luck.  I would totally do an Elvis wedding if I was going to get married in Vegas.  I love Elvis.  Young Elvis, not jumpsuit Elvis.

try Georgio's in Waco. Lewisville Bridal has an excellent selection. You may find something in your price range in their clearance room upstairs. I found Georgio's to have much cheaper pricing however. There is a place in Addison that has been recommended...Circle Bridal I think is the name. Good Luck.

You should go look at Circle Park Bridal. I think all of their dresses are under  $800

I have seen a lot of girls on here say they had good luck with Ocones in Fort Worth.

Although I didn't end up getting my dress there, I visited and had a good experience at Bridal Dreams (also in FW.) They have many dresses at or under $600.

Another satisfied Lewisville Bridal Boutique shopper.  My dress was over your price range, but I remember seeing many at a lower price and they have a good selection of sample sale dresses.

I ditto Circle Park Bridal.  Their dresses are 'off the rack'.  So you go in, find a dress you like, buy it and take it with you.  Go there only when you are ready to buy.  They do not have duplicates, so if you fall in love with a dress, there is no guarantee it will be there the next time you go in.  They are great people to work with!

Just based on google reviews... Ocone's may not be a good idea...

I got my dress from Terry Costa for $750, but they have dresses for less. I really loved Lasting Bridal Couture in Addison and tried on many dresses in you price range. I would have ordered my dress from there, but Terry Costa happened to be having a 20% off sale when I went so I ordered it from there.
