I think the pop rock would dissolve before it reached the babies lungs. Babies are huge drools bags. Also, not all babies who get pneumonia die. Please stop trying to scare people and impress us all with your newly acquired title of nurse.

one time i had a pop rock as a kid with my cousins, and it popped so hard in my mouth you could hear it!!!!!!! and it hurt my mouth really bad...it was unbelievable. after that ive been scared of them!

i wouldnt give a baby them, i have a 4.5 month nephew, i would never give him that so young!
