We have to replace ours.  BOO!!!  At least DH's dad knows how to do it, so we don't have to pay for installation.

    What a pain.

    Ours broke and flooded our guest room a week before our wedding. We didn't have hot water from Friday night-Thursday. Awesome.

    When I saw that ours was leaking everywhere I got a wee bit excited at the prospect of getting a tankless water heater (even though i really don't want to pay for one).

    Tank-less is awesome. I know it costs a bunch more, but for someone who loves long, hot showers....oh, what a prospect.
