Photo journalist photographer and videographer on a budget?

 We live in CNY but are getting married in Scranton, PA on Sept 4th.  

 We are looking for a great photographer who is within the area to travel, and can fit into our budget of $1,200.

Also, if anyone knows of a great videographer on a budget to reccommend as well , that'd be great!

    Check out craigslist we went with caly doran her packages start at 800 not sure what she would charge for travel

    If you are looking for a videographer on a serious budget try college students that are taking classes for that.  Sometimes they will do it for next to nothing.  Doesnt hurt to try.
