Could you maybe talk to a seamstress? I had my sister add a black sash (which then had to be left behind grrrr but that's ok) and black crinoline to my ceremony dress

Check out some bridesmaids dresses, they are often perfect for this because they are 'formal' for weddings but not necessarily white

Another way to do it is like in this picture, with a black shrug and sash. I like the idea of black crinoline being added too, though...

I had a beautiful hand knit black shawl and black crinoline under the dress. My hair fascinator was also red and black. I was supposed to have a black sash but it was forgotten in the bridal suite in the rush to get to the ceremony site because we were running late lol but I love the dress anyway without it so its ok

I don't have my pro pics back or I would share a picture of it all together, hopefully soon....

Justin Alexander I know had black and white wedding dresses, however, they no longer seem to be on his website. I know I've seen them on there within the past three months so I'm not sure how hard it'd be to find them now:

It was pretty hard to really find any black and white dresses that seemed bridal enough but as one of the PP's already said, you could get a white gown and then add black to it either under the skirt or with sashes.
