Snow showers for my Shower :(

So go figure, my shower is tomorrow afternoon and we are getting a storm!  The same thing happened to my sister (I was MOH in her wedding), and we had to cancel her party:(  Her bachelorette was during Hurricane Irene!  Luckily we re-scheduled and it all worked out but I am so nervous that people won't show to my shower! ( I want people to be safe but it's still disappointing)
It's supposed to be sleet, freezing rain and snow on Sat morning!   It is only going to accumulate 1-3 inches but I am still worried.  I need some good vibes! Hopefully the weather isn't too bad and everyone is safe!

    I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for you.  I'm nervous the same thing could happen for my shower and/or bachelorette parties next month!! :-\

    Hopefully everything will be okay.  Especially if it's later in the day, then they've had time to plow.  I'm hoping this doesn't happen for my shower since it's the end of February.

    Crossing my fingers for you!

    But just so you know..if it was in Texas - the whole place would shut down for 1/2 inch accumulation!! Of course the weather is stupid and the high is 80 today. Where's my winter?? It kinda makes me scared that it's gonna be worse in Feb/March..

    I'm sure all will work out.  My shower was back in October when we had the freak snow right before Halloween.  We only had 2 people out of all the people attending not show up.
