The first roll on a papermachine is called a breast roll.  It's been called that forever.  It's in the papermaking dictionary, encyclopedias, and text books.

Woman at our mill found it offensive and wants to change it.

    Oh geez. 

    I don't want to change those terms that sound terribly dirty taken out of context.  They are much too fun.   In my company, penetration is a common term used to describe the percentage of insurance plan members using a particular product.  So in a meeting it isn't uncommon to hear someone say "so what kind of penetration are we expecting here?" and I enjoy my own little giggle.
