Dinner Reception

Other than a hotel ballroom, can you suggest some venues that offer a plated dinner reception?

How many people are you having?  Latrobe's, Muriels, Audubon tea room are all options.

It's a reception for 75 people (my sis-in-law). I've already requested information from Muriel's, The Foundry, and Latrobe's.
I got married at City Park, so I doubt they'll want to go that route (but it was FABULOUS). I just know that plated isn't the norm here and I want her to have fantastic food. I don't want to leave any stone unturned.
I'm also looking into a place like the Wax Museum that will allow outside catering.

my sister's reception was at the foundry with plated food...my mom was a big stickler about not wanting a sit down w/ avg mystery chicken.  the food at the foundry was fabulous as was the service.  highly recommended!

My sister is also getting married and I'm trying to get her on board with The Foundry. I had one of the best meals of my life at Bella Luna. Oh, how I wish the restaurant was still open!
I can only imagine how incrdible the food is at The Foundry.

    Hi Erin,

I'm also looking for a plated dinner. I've visited about a dozen sites and I just posted to this board with some info (minimum prices etc). You might check it out for details!

I'm still looking for the right space, too!
