  Well I made chilli and italian chicken, thinking FI will be on night shift all week, and have to heat up lunch and take a dinner into work. But at 8pm last night they call and said they are on day shift all week.  Oh well, I love just heating up dinner!

  then the raspberries & blueberries have been on sale here in MN
  trying to clean up my pantry before I move, so getting rid of all the brown rice
  
  32 days till I wedding day, which is also roughly 32 days till I also move. i've been cleaning out freezer and pantry as to move less things.  EEK it's gettin close

  I think I'm only cooking once this week-- Wednesday-- and making pasta with chicken sausage and mushrooms. I'll probably be doing a lot of pasta lately because FI loves it and I can sub out my portion for those Tofu Shirataki noodles which have a lot fewer calories.

  Wednesday: Flank Steak and Baked Potato Crisps
  Thursday: Spaghetti
  Friday: Pizza!
  Saturday: Grilled Cheese & Pepperoni Sandwiches

  Tuesday - going out to "celebrate" going back to school/work

  Wednesday - stuffed pork chops, baked beans, corn on the cob

  Thursday - smothered beef burritos, sweet potatoes

  Friday - sweet italian links w/ peppers and onions, leftover baked beans, veggies

  Saturday - my bachelorette party, so FI is on his own

  Sunday - burgers, roasted potatoes, tuna mac salad

  I'm jealous of the chicken masala on the above lists!

  All of I know is tonight is pasta with italian sausage.  My FI does a majority of the cooking which I am SO thankful for.  Mmm..I'm hungry now!
