  Thanks for the warm welcomes! I'm sure I'll be on here a lot... I'm already driving my darling FI nuts with plans.
  
  He asked me to be his wife a month ago at my grandfather's birthday party. One minute, we're singing 'Happy Birthday' to my grandpa, and the next, he's standing behind me with his arm wrapped around me and a {{beautiful}} ring in front of me. He turned me around, got down on one knee, told me he loved me and asked me to marry him. Turns out, he set the whole thing up with the family beforehand, and they all knew that he would be proposing.
