Guys Wearing Jewelry: Opinions

I like a watch & a wedding band at most.

Guys I dated were always jewelry minimalists, as were the men in my family.

MH wears a pretty large crucifix & a bracelet in addition to his watch & wedding band. He's asked for a gold necklace which he plans on wearing with the crucifix all the time.

What do you like/dislike in terms of guys wearing jewelry?

PS: I may have married Mr. T.?

I just don't like guys in chains with hamburger meat hanging out of their shirt. Otherwise, I think jewelry is fine if it's what they like.

ETA: My husband only wears a watch and his wedding band, and as a guy he makes fun of other guys wearing lots of jewelry.

Other than a wedding ring and a watch, I don't like jewelry on men. At all.

I, too, am not much on guys wearing jewelry. FI wants a "manly" necklace of some sort, but so far all he's come up with is one that stabs him when he wears it. I think it's a sign.

Yeeeah, see I'm with you, Fish, on "at all" & I'm conflicted.

I guess his jewelry wasn't blinding enough that I couldn't see past it...

now, it seems, he's aiming for blinding.

H just wears his wedding band and a watch then usually a necklace from American Eagle or Express if he feels so inclined. He calls his jewelry "my pretties" (he would probably kill me if he knew I just wrote that on a public message board!)

My husband wears two rings, (e-ring and wedding ring) one one each hand, his ear gauges, and his lip ring. No other jewelry. I personally don't care as long as it isn't big spinning clocks or something around their necks.
