I want to make DIY programs to save a little money. My dad thought it would be cool to make them the shape of starfish because I am doing a beach theme and highlighting starfish. So I have worked on the programs and got the wording to where it will fit in the starfish but I have cut out samples by hand and I cannot do that for my 300 guest count. Plus if I cut them by hand they will all be slightly different. I thought about looking in to the cutters they have a joann fabrics but I don't know if that will do the job and they are expensive. Does anyone know how these cutters work or does anyone know a company that can cut them for me? Thanks!
