I'll start! I received my first RSVPs in the mail yesterday! Five of them! And four of them are coming to the wedding! YAY!

Invites are done and I'm so glad to have them done so early. We'll send them out mid august. And our flights will be completely paid off tomorrow!

I'm back in wedding planning mode! I've scheduled our appointment with our venue to make plans for the reception and started looking into invitations. It's crunch time.

My last day of work for 18 days was yesterday... I got to sleep in today, and that was beautiful!

Of course the big AW is getting married on Saturday, but the being off work thing is nice, too!

Awww, Kristen, I just watched your video teaser, and it's so sweet! Your wedding was beautiful, and you look so relaxed and happy.

My pocket folds and belly bands are all done! I should have the envelope liners done tonight. We're in the process of finalizing our invitation design, and I should be able to start printing them this weekend. So it looks like they may actually be ready to go out on time!

Kristin! OMG, I got teary eyed too, and goosebumps! The video makes everything look so much more amazing than the still pictures. Your dress, the church, everything, looked SO beautiful.

My NWR AW: Finally got the weeding done in my gardens last weekend, and put down the mulch. Got some annuals and planted them in my garden pots.

Also, got an ecard from my fabulous son as follows:

Hi Mom, I donated $25 to Planned Parenthood in honor of you and grandma as my Mother's Day present to the two of you. I know that both of you will approve of it. When I think about how difficult it was to raise me alone (even with grandma's help), I can't think of a more fitting gift than helping to make sure that other mothers do not have the same difficulties that you did. So let grandma know, and although I haven't mailed a card, know that I love both of you and think every day how lucky I am to have been raised by a very strong mother and a very giving grandmother. Love, your son.

WR AW: Not sure I posted this last week, but I made my necklace to go with the reception dress I'll be wearing, and finished all but one of the bridesmaid's necklaces & earrings. I'm getting a digital camera next week from my fiance for my birthday, so I can start to post pics of my DIY projects.

NWR: I got my gardens all weeded and planted!!! Although I never got to pull the bushes out of my front garden, I still managed to find some sunny areas to plant some pretty flowers. The back (newly expanded) garden got all of the veggies and marigolds planted. Right now I've got the following growing: cucumbers, green beans, 3 types of tomatoes (grape, heirloom, beef eater), peppers (green, yellow, jalapeno, banana, chili, habanero, serrano), lettuce (green & red leaf), strawberries, blackberries, basil, chives, thyme, & arrugla. I can't wait to eat it all!!!

WR: finalized my escort card designs, finalized the seating chart and menu, picked my lighting colors, finished the kids goody bags, ordered my bracelet, have 1/2 of my b/f's bachelorette party planned, made some final payments.

WR: Ordered samples for RSVP cardstock and colored envelopes. I should get them any day now! Had put the deposit down and secured our plane tickets to Fiji for our honeymoon! That's my biggest AW! Also, tomorrow I go try on my dress after the alterations (only the bustle) and get my MOB dress and remaining random things out of layaway

I will hopefully post pics!

NWR: We are getting our new stainless steel appliances today!! Well, minus the dishwasher because its backordered until 5/27. I'm excited! Its another big step in updating our kitchen! All thats left is the countertops and paint. Those may have to wait until after the wedding due to $$$ hah

PS: Kristin, your video is SO beautiful. I definitely got teary eyed as well. I always tell my FI that I will cry like a little girl at our wedding. You were calm and collected! I'm envious!
