WTF flu!!! First it's my ears, then started having difficulties with breathing, and now everything hurts!

WTF my principal had me sign my 20 day form for my first eval for the year about 2 wks. ago. All week, my aide and I prepped the kids and warned them that when the visitor comes in they had to behave...No visit...Then, Wednesday she tells me even though it's supposed to be a surprse visit, she'd come in on Thursday. Nope, no eval yesterday either. So wanna get this over with! Now we have to wait 'til next week

WTF United Way! Anyone else think it's odd that we hustle our students (even Title I schools) to donate to this foundation very few of us have seen result from.

And this isn't a WTF...well kinda, but yesterday I get home from work and FI's buddys are starting to arrive to watch football. I had no idea and FI being the concerned husband didn't want me to be bored. So he hands me his debit card and says "Here Babe, go get your nails done. I'll pay for it, it's to say I'm sorry that we won't be having QT." I happily skip over to the salon. It isn't until halfway through the session I remember we combined accounts 2 days ago...so he's not paying for anything this is both of our money! Yes, I've been hustled lol

STBMrsDio- I'm not sure abou tte United Way either...can you suggest another charity to donate to? And that's funny about your nails, I bet he didn't even think about it....but the offer was sweet and now your nails are looking good!!!

Okay, here is my WTF dilemma-I invited a co-worker who has a serious boyfriend that she lives with. The only thing that makes them serious is that they live together and pay bills together, other than that she is always talking about how she wants to break up and how tired she is of him. She thinks he's cheating on her- blah, blah, blah! So a few weeks ago she said she didn't want to bring her BF to my wedding. Great! So I sent the invite and she comes up to me this morning asking if she can bring him....ummmm...didn't you tell me you didn't want to invite him??? So his name is not on the invite....I reminded her of our conversation and now she's like, yeah but how am I going to get ready for a wedding and not bring him? what do I do???!!!!

OMG, I hate when people do that. I honestly wouldn't invite him. I'm in the same boat with a friend and I didn't invite the guy, I told her no plus ones. My brothers MIL is also upset because she didn't get a plus one. She's lucky she was even invited lol. People won't understand the cost of a wedding until they have their own. Until then, they'll all be unreasonable lol

I know, what a pain!!! She wanted to debate about it in the office so I told her to think about it over the weekend...and reminded her our budget is tight. trust me, she will be a total drag if he comes. We travel together for work and she is a whole different person when she is away, totally more fun!!! He is a total loser if I did not mention that before

@Katie - The situation sucks but your friend should understand your situation especially if she told you she didn't want for him to be invited! It's like Nikki said...some ppl don't understan the cost of a wedding and until they have theirs they will. Keep us posted!!!

Thanks Ladies! I think we have 10 more potential days she could pop in at this point. So I just keep reminding the kids every morning -- "Who will be our visitor?" "The principal" "Are we going to listen when she's here?" "Yes because if we don't we're in trouble." lol smart kids ;-)

Damn Katie- that's super annoying and frustrating! She said she didn't want him there so obviously his name wouldn't be on the invite. *SMH* people should realize it's not like they're being invited to come over and hang out. You're paying for this. Hopefully, it'll sink into her head about there being a tight budget. Good luck with it!
