I haven't posted my To Do in a while...

in March 2012 Weddings

Left to do:
-SONG CHOICES! (both for Dj and ceremony)
-Final Payments on Venue/Photo/Video
-Rehearsal Dinner (still...ugh)
-Find sig drink for cocktail hour
-Finish buying alcohol (almost done..WOO HOO)
-Fix my hideous boquet (I'll post a pic later)
-Buy Attendant gifts/Thank you notes
-Walk in my wedding shoes to break in
-Work on my love letter for our Wine Box Ceremony
-Hair/makeup Trial
-Escort Card DIY
-Memorial Candle for FI's mom
-Attend pre-parties
-Finish remaining centerpieces (I only have about 5 left)

That's all I can think of for right now. I have about 6 weeks to do this stuff, and that excludes two Saturdays for pre-parties and this weekend for my dad's 60th bday. Holy. Crap.

On a side note, I just bought all my girls their black sashes to go with their dress for $14 a piece. WOO HOO!

    Yikes I think this is what I have left:


    -Print Programs
    -Print guest book tree and mount on foam board
    -Purchase markers for guest book
    -Get ink and Stamp bags for favors
    -Marriage license!
    -2nd and final dress fittings
    -Final payments on DJ/photos/limo/flowers
    -Wrap attendant gifts
    -Get gift for ring bearer
    -Seating charts and place cards (cannot do this until all RSVPs are back!)

    I think that's it!  I hope...Embarassed

    Hmmm..FI and I were just going over what we need to finish..so...
    ~ Print and tie programs
    ~ Print Menus
    ~ Marriage License
    ~ Day of Trasportation
    ~ Gift for Ring Bearer
    ~ Wrap all BM's Gifts
    ~ Get Groomsmen gifts engraved & Wrapped
    ~ Finish Centerpieces
    ~ Final Payments (Video, DJ, Flowers & Caterer)
    ~ Seating Chart & Escort Cards (but that will come after RSVP's)
    ~ Meeting with DJ's to go over music situation
    ~ Waiting on Photographer to proof Guest Book...

    As I'm writing, I'm certain I'm missing something...but this is what I have for now...seems like SO much more when it's written down...ugh!!

    I have to:

    -order my flowers for my bm's
    -bm/gm gifts
    -finalize my wedding band... going to look at the wax tonight to see if it's what i want it to look like
    -I've found a shoe clip I LOVE!  Its on Ebay, i've got a bid on it, i hope I win, 2 more days....If not I need to decide if i will DIY or have the esty vendor that i bought my headband and earrings from make one?
    -Exchange best man's dress pants (they are a size to big)
    -Undies :)
    -bride hoodie? 
    -decide if I want to OOT bags and if so how to get them to everyone?

    I think thats it!

    buy bridal party gifts
    get undergarmets (going today)
    get fitted (have appt)
    create a box that the disposable cameras can be put into
    finalize song list with DJ (have appt)
    finish favors (ongoing process)
    buy candy for the favors
    Print and create programs
    print escort cards
