What did you major in at college? Or what did you want to major in?

Music - which I wanted to major in and worked REALLY hard to get into one of the best university's in Canada for it. And then I went to college for fashion merchandising and design.

Ironically I'm not doing anything with it now other than playing at a wedding here or there. If I could do it all over again I would have done FM&D first.

I gradutate with a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Math and Business. Before that my declared majors were....Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, Math, Natural Science (I have an in this), back to Math, and finally Comp Sci (BS). Then a few years later I went back to school for Math and never finished it.

I majored in Civil Engineering and specialized in Environmental Engineering for both my BS and my MS. I did not consider any other majors when it came time to apply. I had other interests, but none were as strong as this one and I knew I would not have any problems finding a job after school (until the economy bottomed out halfway through my BS program).

I majored in Psychology and minored in Bio first then changed to Math...

I started out pre-med and that didnt go so well

I used my psych degree to get a Masters in Prof. School Counseling which im currently not using bc i was laid off, but i did use it for 3 years=)

BS in Chemistry. Got lucky and got hired on as a chemist at a company close to where I was a couple weeks before I officially graduated. I'm debating on going back for an MS in engineering management.

I have my BA in Political Science/International Relations. I thought about law school and worked for a law firm for a few years but decided that wasn't really for me. So I went back to school and earned my MA in Communications and now work in PR/Marketing.

I also have my BA in political science because I thought that's what I needed to get into law school. Then I found out I could have majored in ANYTHING, which I wish I had because if I ever decide to stop being a lawyer (and I would like to), I'll have to go back to school because I have nothing to fall back on.

I have a BA in English and I am going for my MSW now. I wish I had just got my BA in Human Services rather than my useless English degree. Shakespeare does not get you jobs apparently.

I have a BS in Neuroscience with a minor in Clinical Psychology. My MS is in Pharmacology and my Ph.D. will be as well.

I'm very indecisive as far as career aspects. Initially I majored in theatre, then switched to communications, journalism, advertising/ pr, and then I switched colleges altogether to study interior design, and ended up majoring in art history. It's been 9 years, and I'm still trying to fine-tune what I would choose to do that would be worth spending all that money on. I simply have too many interests, and can't find a way to merge them all.

I have a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I worked in marketing for about a year and in Finance for about 4. I've been working in Procurement and Inventory Management for the past 3 years. I've been considering go backing for an MBA in supply chain management.

I started out going to school for my BA in English with a minor in education. Then I decided to go to cosmetology school but dropped out of that the first day. Took some time off school and went back a few years later to pursue my AA in healthcare admin. After a year I decided to change to a general business degree and am only a semester from finishing my degree but dropped out to provide for my family. Right now I'm not using any of my schooling as I'm a stay at home mom to my special needs son but I think I'll go back to cosmetology school when my son is able to be away from home.

I have my BS in Civil Engineering. I went into school knowing that's what I wanted to do, so I didn't change majors at all. I have worked in civil engineering since graduating.

I've been all over the place in deciding where I wanted to go. I originally was going for nursing, but a lot of things came up and I was only able to attend school part time. As of right now, I have an associates in general studies, and I will be done with the dental assisting program next summer. I plan on getting some type of a career started, and then possibly going back to school for nursing down the road when its do-able.

I have a BSc in biology, wanted to go to med school. When that didn't happen, I took off to Asia for 6 months because I couldnt deal with my dream dying. Now I am back in school, studying for my BSc in nursing and hoping to get into nurse practioner school at some point.

I have my BA in psychology with a minor in sociology, and my MA/Advanced Certificate in School Psychology. I'm currently a school psychologist in a PreK-8th grade building.
