Need help finding a venue for a small wedding

I'm starting back in zero again...I went to look at some venues that I was considering but there are some conditions so I have to start over again.

What I'm looking for...
Guest 60-70 pp
Budget $80-$100/pp all inclusive tax and gratuity
Sat evening or Sunday holiday weekend
Ceremony & Reception a the same place
We are willing to do off-season month if the venue has place for a ceremony inside. Thinking about March-April 2012
Anywhere from Fairfiled to Hartford area

I'm really in need of your help...Thank you!

Crystal Peak its about 20 minutes north of Hartford.. but it fits all of your requirements...and more..Definitely worth a look! They are great to work with and they have packages that include 5.5hrs open bar and 10 types of unlimited hand passed appetizers and full buffets or sit down dinner options with tax and grat for around 70 a person... They do have a beautiful outdoor garden area for ceremony's as well.. Their website doesn't do the place justice. The owners are a husband and wife team John and Jennifer and they have been great to work with so far! Good Luck hope that gives you some help!

We had our wedding at The Nutmeg in East Windsor with 80 guests which is probably the most it can hold comfortably so 60-70 would be perfect. It has a very warm feeling to it and is definately not a cookie cutter type reception hall. Our wedding was on a Saturday night in September and the pricing was great and well within your budget....if you are willing to do off season or a Sunday I'm sure the prices would be even better!

My future cousin is getting married this coming July at Adam's Mill in South Windsor (I believe that's it).  She is a penny pincher and has about 85 guests so my guess is she got a pretty good deal.  She used to be a banquet manager at St. Clements so she knows what she's talking about.  The pictures look like it's a nice place.

We had our wedding at The Riverview in Simsbury. You can get cheaper prices for Sunday that includes open bar, a lot of food and the cake and minimum we gave was 50. It is a gorgeous place you should take a tour and check it out.

We got married at The Mill on the River in South Windsor, and I think it fit all your criteria.  We had both our ceremony and reception there.  The food was outstanding, the place was beautiful, my only complaint would be that some of the service could have been better, and the wedding before ours went over, which set us back a little IMO.  We had about 85-90 people in the upstairs room and it was a perfect fit.  (The max was 125.)

We are gettng married this October at the Mill on the River in South Windsor. Laura, the event coordinator is AWESOME! The place is beautiful and have several different packages that can fit any budget. Tax and all gratuities are included in the price. Also, i is all inclusive (which is what I believe you said you were looking for). Good luck!!

We are having our wedding at Tower Ridge CC in Simsbury/Avon. On Saturdays is $79 for the mid level package (included WAY more than enough) We are having our ceremony there ($300 fee) after taxes and gratuity and including the ceremony fee, its like $94/person. Off season gets you a 10% discount.
Their food is really good, and the ceremony room looks out over a pond, the golf course, and Talcott Mountain that has Hueblin Tower on top. We loved it and found it was a great deal for everything it included.

sarahmi5308, Thank you for the info. Do they have minimum guest require for Sat evening? Idealy we would like to have our wedding in the evening on Sat.

, Thank you for info about the Mill, we went to look at the venue last Sat when they had Bridal Show. I like the venue but my FI doesn't like the idea of having the seating room and the dance floor in different room. He is thinking about having old relative standing around the dance floor which he doesn't like it. He's so picky!!! So we still have to look around for more but It could be one of our choice! if we could not find anything!
