Marriage License Question...

...am I crazy? Is there anything you and DH need to sign before you send in the marriage license? I thought we had to sign something, but there is only a place for the officiant to sign? I'm having an OSM that we did something wrong!

I don't remember actually signing the license. In fact, I can see that we didn't. I carry a copy with me and it was only signed by our officiant and our two witnesses.
