Cleaning a Sample Dress

I am paying for my dress on Tuesday & I don't know if I should have it cleaned right away or closer to my date next May.  I know I'm going to have to store it for a while & would assume cleaning it soon will help it keep better. But then will I have to get it "cleaned" again to bring back the pouf & de-wrinkle it?

    I had to get my dress cleaned and the people at the store said it's all how you store it. They actually have a service to store it till the wedding day so that's what I'm using. They also suggested (if I wanted to take it home) a big dress bag and hanging it up in a place that it won't get contact with the sun, animals, or cig smoke.
