I know that we have had this question before but I like to hear where everyone is going. I also wonder if anyone is honeymooning at Sandals Grande Antigua when we are there. So the question is...Where are you going on your honeymoon? If you haven't booked it yet, where would you like to go?

we aren't going anywhere actually FI has the week off from work afterwards... we are getting married on the 6th, family is going back home on the 7th on the 8th... we take the 2 1/2 hour drive back to my apt in Montreal with his father to move most of my stuff out...

that is our honeymoon... moving LOL...

if we could go somewhere we would probably go on the Disney Cruise of Mexico etc.
or Disney World without the kids lol
it was fun WITH my son when we went... but we would like to explore it alone as newly weds

We're going to Hawaii! 1 night in Oahu (staying at Outrigger Waikiki), 3 nights on Hawaii/The Big Island (staying at Fairmont Orchid), and 4 nights on Maui (staying at Fairmont Kea Lani).

We are planning on going to Ireland and making a short stop to England. We will be going the summer after the wedding (FI and I are both teachers), so I'm waiting to get my passport until the name change goes through. We'll probably book in Dec/Jan.

FI and I went to Whitehouse last September and LOVED it!! Be sure to stop in to the Paris Cafe for some iced coffee and crepes!! Also the tour of the Black River, YS Falls and the rum factory was great. If you have any questions, let me know.

We can't afford a honeymoon. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but my FI's Dad keeps asking us what we'd want to do for the honeymoon if we could go on one. But we decided we'd at least get out of town for a couple nights even if it's just getting a hotel in Chicago or something.

Not sure that we'll have one. I really had my hopes up but something came up and unless one of our parents offers to send us somewhere then we'll be at home. We definately were not planning to buy a house but our landlord said he needed to sell and it was either to us or he had someone interested. Our vendors aren't paid by 600 dollars and our first payment on the house will probably be the first of October per the bank. We had everything planned out to just have the wedding paid for in time. Not to mention all the little things still do be purchased and done. Now I'm not real sure what we'll do..just pray that everything works out I guess. So honeymoon is really the last thing on my mind. If I could go anywhere I wanted..it'd be Hawaii. Realisticly I'd be happy with a cruise or even just the weekend in the mountains or something. Normally the house wouldn't have been a big deal and we would have all our stuff in order but were planning this wedding and so its taking everything we have extra at this point.

We are going to Thailand! Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket! We are going the week after our wedding because our friends are getting married the Friday after us! I'm taking the week off in between too! Staycation for me! Woo hoo!

We will not be going on our HM right away. I am a teacher and it is frowned upon to take off time when school is in session so I can't really take off the extra time. We will either go on winter break or spring break. I would like to go to Florida and Harry Potter World. FI would like to go to Vermont or Maine.

We're going to the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield NH for three nights. We were planning on doing a cruise but the timing didn't work out for us to leave right after and neither of us wanted to go back to work for a week and then leave. So we're going to do the cruise next year, maybe as a 1st anniversary trip

We leave 2 days after the wedding for Dublin, Ireland.

While we're there we are taking a 4 day coach tour throughout South-Western Ireland (including Galway, the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Dingle and Blarney Castle). We're also going to see Powerscourt Estate, Wicklow Mountains National Park, the Avoca weavery (hoping to get a great blanket for the house) and to Howth to eat at King Citric (reviewed on Anthony Bordain's No Reservations).
