I have to share this with you all! I'm new to this site and super pumped that I found just at the beginning of all the planning. My girlfriends are away and I just got back from my vacation where I got engaged to my boyfriend of 6 years... I'm dying to share it with some girls, particularly who are already excited for weddings!
We went away to Europe for a month and he popped the question in Wicklow, Ireland (picture green rolling hills... it was where P.S. I Love You was filmed). The particular place of the engagement is The Upper Lake at Glendalough. He's a photographer for a living so it wasn't too much of a surprise when he wanted to set up the camera for a self-portrait. But what came afterwards... shock and awe. I really do have to commend him repeatedly for his creativity and I just wanted to share!
