Affordable venue in Hampton Roads?

We are looking for an affordable venue in HR for our September wedding.  Any ideas?????

    Define "affordable."  Do you want it to include food, get your own caterer, buy your own alcohol, etc?  Also how many guests?

    There will be 75-100 guests....would love something that includes everything under 5000 but am also looking into venues that allow private caterers and then getting a caterer...all suggestions would be helpful

    Spirit of Norfolk does beautiful weddings! we had our reception on there, but they also do ceremonies. very unique experience, and everything is included in the price!
