Yesterday:
D - fro yo..you know how I am...I stress, I eat fro yo

Today:
Workout - ran 5 mi in 44.5 minutes! So happy! and great weather here in FL
B - protein shake + yoplait light

TBD:
L - boca on whole wheat or veggie corndog + salad
S - nectarine, apple, greek yogurt, pita chips + salsa

    It snowed last night in Michigan...lol

    Yesterday:

    D - flax seed chicken and asparagus
    W/O- Insanity
    S- roasted almonds

    Today:
    B - egg and fruit smoothie
    S- pistachios and raisins
    L- Mongo!!  V-day lunch with FI :-)

    D- making Tbones and broccoli
    W/O- Insanity again

    was sick so all of my eating/workout plans did not happen :/

    Today:
    B: a bagel my FI got me when he went to panera yesterday to get me soup :) unfortunately it was one with a ton of cheese on it, but I ate it anway...
    L: lean quisine
    S: lots of chocolate (being passed around at work... calories don't count on valentine's day right?)

    To Do:
    D: going to a nice dinner with FI
    W/O: probably none... :/
