I have to start getting on track with my bridal accessories since my gown will be in within a couple of months... scary!

I can't decide if I should go traditional with white shoes to match my dress or something more fun like these in pink satin? I can customize the color and heel height to 3.25.

I have the Electra in Ivory!!!!! Believe it or not they are SO comfortable!!! I was considering doing them in the apple green color but decided to stick with traditional.

Personally I'm not into the colored shoes so I wore ivory. But I have seen it pulled off well, I think it just depends on the style/look you're going for.

Chelsea, your shoes are why I'm interested in wearing a pop of pink. My flowers will be all varations of pink so I thought it was a good idea.

Rlb, that is so good to know that they are comfortable since I'd be wearing them all day and night.

I think the color is great. I will be wearing wedding sneakers as of now. But I have been tossing around the idea of doing colored heels.

Can't find them but I wore nina's ordered from the site and they were very comfortable. I love the pop of pink chelsea and a few others did. If you could pull it off go for it but if it is not you or the look you want then try a pop with some flowers maybe.

man, I wish I had pics here...

Mine are purple open-toe kitten heels, with a jewel detailing above the peep-toe. I go them at Marty's and was SO excited to find something cute and very "Jen" with a low heel.

Caketime, I'm a pink freak. I wanted the bm dresses in pink but then thought to go more neutral and have all different shades of pink flowers and centerpieces.
I want to order these shoes but I have a hard time making decisions!

Colored shoes (particularly bright colors rather than neutral metaliics) are a big trend now, which probably means they will seem incredibly uncreative soon (now?), and may look dated later. But white wedding shoes look so frumpy to me that I'd prefer colored shoes even if they're cliche. Also, I'm happy to have bought shoes I could wear again.

mine are boring...
i had found this really awesome pair of pumas that i wanted to wear, but, they didn't come in my size....
and i had such a hard time finding flats that i liked in my size (11) that i just gave up on doing any color shoe
i had really wanted to, but, in the end realized it wasn't me....
my friend wore purple shoes, and they were gorgeous....and went with her flowers and stuff.....
if i had gone with any "color" it would have been silver, b/c i'm not really a red person, and i don't think black would have been good....and no other color would have "gone" with anything....so i just got these ivory flats from david's bridal....i had seen them online somewhere for much much more $$

i had also seen another pair online somewhere that i had liked, that david's had for less $ too, but they looked funny on my foot

Then go for the pink. I found my girlfriend a pair on zappos - stuart weitzman - and she was in seventh heaven. The day of her wedding she was so excited for them and the glimpses here and there.

My wedding shoes were/are my one big splurge. I saved up money from tips that I got at work. I am a HUGE shoe freak though and while lots of people go into dress shopping with a dream dress, I went into it with dream shoes! Plus I'm 5'0" and FI is 6'0" (Dad is 6'3") and all of my bridesmaids are 5'5" or talle.

I am such a dork...I saw them on Kelly Rippa on her christmas show she had the ones with multi colored glitter back in 2007 and I had NO idea what a CL shoe was I just knew it sparkled and I loved it. So after a few years and CL shoes got more popular I searched for them and just my luck they came out this fall!

I was debating color versus ivory, and couldn't find a pair of colored shoes I like that fit my criteria (low heel, no slingback, not strappy). Comfort was my #1 priority. So, I went with these. I may try dying them after the wedding to get more use out of them.

These are what I wore, but I love the idea of wearing a pop of color. I just really loved the sparkle and wedge of these and that is why I decided not to go with a color.

I just ordered these shoes this week, but I haven't tried them on in person yet. They were sent to my parent's house in NJ to avoid sales tax. I've been on a hunt for pretty, low-
heeled shoes. I am still considering purple shoes too, but these are oh so pretty.

I'm still fighting with my mom about them (she wants ivory ones), but I love them and I'm going to be so excited to wear them on my wedding day. They were a steal, too. $40 at DSW.
