I know....Finally!
Well I was gone for 10 days in Antigua on my honeymoon. Also got stuck in New York coming home to LA when my flight was late and missed my connection! I have been in rough shape getting back to reality! Did any of you face this? ! can't seem to get anything done or get back to a routine! : )

Caesars Palace A-
We got married in the Classico Chapel. It was so beautiful! Everything went pretty smooth except the fact that the elevator broke when some of my family was coming up and they missed the ceremony! They wouldn't wait. I didn't realize until after the ceremony when I saw them all crying! I think they waited a bit because my ceremony ended late and our schedule was so backed up. I wasn't able to get all of the pictures I wanted. Oh well. My coordinator was Shani. At first I was nervous because I wouldn't hear from here for awhile. She was also short at times with her answers and never called or checked on me without me first reaching out to her. She ended up being terrific! I'm sure she just had so many brides. Everyone raved about my ceremony and the chapel. We also stayed in the Palace Towers suite, It was so beautiful! Only complaint is that we were told we had a fridge so we could bring some food home from the reception. Well it was a stocked fridge and if we took anything out we were charged! Couldn'ty even use it. At times I felt a bit scammed because we got the largest package and so much of it we couldn't even use. A smaller package would probably be best and then add on what you want. I also really loved our ceremony DVD, We had the boutineers and corsages from Caesars, They were so pretty! We got our limo party bus through them. Had to pay a bunch to get some champagne on. The limo bus ruled though! Just wish it were darker to see all the lights inside. My sister made a CD for us to play in the bus.

I was nervous i wouldn't like my pictures from them but I really love them! Our photographer captured some great shots! I really liked her! Unfortunately they wanted $800 for our CD of pictures! What a rip! More people would buy it if they changed the price. Great pics though! Now I have to decide which ones to order.

We had such a terrific reception! Everyone raved about the location and the food. It was really one of the few places the would accommodate my 100 guests. I was really worried about space because we were doing a ton of dancing. It worked out just fine. The food was delicious! there were so many choices! I felt really rude because I was able to eat a ton of it and I know most brides don't get to eat. I think it's because I saw everyone the night before. That helped alot! I would give them ++++ but we were so short on time. It felt like my whole reception was racing. I got mad at the lady in charge for a bit because she wouldn't serve the champagne for the toast. She was waiting for them to finish eating. I wanted it to be served and we could start toasts during dinner. It put us about 20 minutes behind. That was really the only complaint by my guests is that it felt too short. 5 hours would be best if you want a bunch of dancing and have that big of a group, They wanted so much for that extra hour though.

My cake rocked! I loved it so much. It was sooo cute! I designed it myself. I met with Susie and she helped me draw a picture of it. It came out just like the picture. It also tasted so good! We had vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Some of my family said it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted!
All Night Long DJ A +
Our DJ was terrific! Unfortunately I don't remember his name. I gave him a huge play list and he played as many as he could. We upgraded to hot pink uplighting and basic dance party lights. It really helped create a beautiful atmosphere! When it was still light out I could barely tell, but once it got dark it looked amazing! My reception turned into so many performances and he was so accommodating with this. My friends are all performers. We had many freestyle dances and raps with the mic, It was great!

Pam is truly so nice and helpful! Her flowers are gorgeous!! She really helps to stay in your budget and come up with ideas. My recpetion flowers were so beautiful! i will post pics soon. The bouquets were also so pretty and vibrant. i had a freak out at first when I saw my bouquet. she dropped it off and I wasn't in the room. I thought my bouquet was mainly going to be white with some hot pink accents. It ended up mostly hot pink. I couldn't even see any white except for white feathers I had added. I guess she had a hard time with it with the flowers I wanted. They were all in there but she couldn't get it to hold right. She said she would give me a full refund. I ended up not taking the refund because everyone loved my hot pink bouquet with my hot pink shoes and purse! It also looked great and really popped in pictures! I guess she knows best!

Well I haven't actually seen my pics yet.....I'm just assuming! I just really loved him! He was there allllll day taking pictures! We payed him for 8 hours and he even stayed late! I thought he would leave and then I saw him still snapping away! He loved all of our little performances at the wedding and really captured everyone. I was really mad at first because with Caesars we were so backed up on time and I wasn't able to get everything I wanted. He was so nice though and kept taking as many pictures as he could and trying his best to get what I wanted. Can't wait to see!

Best decision made of my wedding!!!!! Jay McPalmer catering manager rules!!!! We did a huge rehearsal dinner and welcome party for 100 people in the stardust suite. Plenty of room. We also got the adjoining suite to sleep in. the biggest most amazing suite i have ever seen in my life!!! I am not kidding! The Stardust suite is huge and amazing! The suite next to it is another 3 rooms with another bar and hot tubs! Jay is so helpful and accommodating. We had a Mexican buffet and the food was delicious!!! Jay also gave us 100 packs of cards and keychains for our welcome bags and helped with our candy buffet! My only complaint is that our bartender was so rude and really crabby. I think my guests were working him to death. Big drinkers! I think the poor guy needed help. Jay also set up for us a good bye breakfast by the pool. He worked with our budget and really helped us out. We even had a flat screen projector brought out to watch wedding footage from the night before! A great touch my father in law thought of. We had a room block here and most guests decided to stay here because of the awesome deals.
Double Decker Bus B
This was our only major problem of the wedding. I was so sad to hear it was a problem because I heard such great things. I don't know what happened. They were SOOO great at first and met me when I got into town to pick up our beer and water. I had asked them so many times where the bus was picking our guests up at Caesars. They said Caesars changed it recently. I made a map for my guests to tell them where to be picked up. The guests went out there and no bus! The bus went to a different location. I still don't know what happened. I had 65 guests roaming Caesars to find the bus! It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have that many guests. I told them the name of the guy in charge. My friend had the tip and knew where the bus should go and the times. They left him when he was trying to find the other guests and lead them to the bus! Well they got no tip from that. My other guests had to cab over. The bus dropped off way too early and took them by downtown. The opposite way of where I wanted them to go. Also the guys all sweated out their suits on the hot bus. It seems so great. Maybe not in the summer during the day? Maybe with a smaller group? i really liked them. Must have been missed communication. The guests on the bus though said it was alot of fun!

We went with about 25 guests there after the reception to continue the party. It was such a cute little spot at Caesars!! It was so packed though and they wanted my husband to pay $400 bar tab to get a table. He did so guests could sit but they didn't care in the least that we got married at Caesars.

Sarah helped design my invitations, thank you cards, programs, table numbers, ect. she was sooooo helpful! My mom did all the printing. I had pocket invites. Sarah sent her the files in PDF. She was always there with advice and would talk us step by step through the process. Contact me for info.
Well that's it. I feel like I have so many more people to rate but this is getting so long! I had the most amazing time of my life and that's all that really matters!!
