Help finding shoes

OK....not really a Las Vegas specific question, but you gals are pretty helpful.

I need to find shoes for my wedding...I wanted to do a bright color like red or pink, just for fun.  The 'problem' is that they need to be flats....my FI is about 5 inches shorter than me (without heels on!) and so I really wouldn't feel comfortable towering over him in heels - though he would be fine with it. 

Kinda sucks, because I'd love a good excuse to get a kick-a$$ pair of heels.

So...red / pink, flats, and not flip flops or ballet slippers (he really hates ballet slippers for some reason...and since I wear them most of the time, I figure I can compromise for this day....)

Any ideas on where I can get something like this?  Online or real store isfine....

    Ok...this used to be my specialty area of helping! hehe...so. In looking basically nothing but ballet slippers! BUT are you willing to have a very small heel? like these...

    I went with Me Too's Stellina in Red.  FI and I are only an inch apart and I didn't want to be taller either.  It says they are a 1 1/2 inch heel but it doesn't seem that high in the shoes.  Also the brooch on the shoe is actually crystals and much nicer than the picture depicts.  I found them here:

    I don't know if I'll be helping at ALL (since ballets are out), but I'm getting these for both me and our MOH.  They have jewels on the flower.  I figured I'd wear these again (since I have a penchant for ballets).

    I KNOW!  The whole 'no ballet' shoes thingy is annoying...if I could get ballet shoes, I'd have had this taken care of! 

    Grrrr.....

    Does anyone have experience with dyeing shoes?  Last time I did that I was in highschool (ummm.....20 years ago) and if they got wet, they'd bleed all over the place.  I don't want to take that chance with my wedding dress.....

    Would you consider those flip flops???  I was trying to convince myself they aren't because they have a real heel, etc.  Am I delusional?  Dang.

    I recommend zappos and dsw.  You may also find stuff on piperlime?

    I guess I just thought you didn't want anything that style - I consider anything with that thing between your toes and no back / heel strap a flip-flop.  :)  Nothing bad meant by that!

    I got a really cool pair of pink sparkle shoes for under my dress ( i wanted something fun too) I ordered mine off Electric Boutique.com and they have all kinds of cool heels and flats and everything in between. I got my shoes quick and was happy with their service.
