FI and I went "window" shopping for cars today, and we have decided we really like the new Chevy Equinox and the new Chevy Traverse. I vote for the Equinox because we don't need something as big as the Traverse and it gets better MPG. A new car is still a couple years off because FI wants a brand new car. I don't mind used vehicles but he just has this thing about knowing what has happened to it before and stuff.

Anyway, so most of us have our "dream" cars, (1950's Lincoln convertiable with suicide doors...) but I was wondering what is your dream "in a couple years" car?

I almost bought a '67 beetle convertible instead of my Honda. I'm so pissed at myself that I didn't.

When my Accord dies, I'll probably get a Fit. Or a Mini if I feel like spending money.

I'm dying for a Fit. I think they are so adorable. When I grow up, I'd really like to get a Maxima.

Maximas, Sentras and Altimas are all nice. Between my mom and my brother, we've had all three. I like the look of the older Sentras the most I think.

We're mulling over a few different options, all fun cars. It's either a Cadillac CTS-V, Chevy Camaro, Ford Mustang GT500, or a Nissan 370z. We might need a daily driver or two in the meantime, so that might be what we get instead. He wants a Chevy Tracker, I don't know what I want.

I LOVE the Lexus RXs. I think they are SEXY. Too bad they are way out of our price range.

DH and I would love an Equinox. If my car dies anytime soon that will be what we get.

Well my last five cars have been Honda's, I just bought my lease out on my Ridgeline. Gotta have AWD in Cleveland.

If I had the money I would have bought the Honda Crosstour.

My DH just bought the Ford F-150.

I bought an '08 Mazda 3. I love her, she is sexy! And her name is Mazzy (mozzy) lol. I feel bad for having these thoughts, but where we live, it's pretty much impossible for me to get to work when it snows unless FI drives me. I don't know how he does it in my car lol, besides that he switches it over to manual shifting. Oh, back to the thoughts...I really need a 4WD. My friend has a Ford Escape and it's really nice! I may go for that next time I get a car, which may have to be before Mazzy is paid off :-/

I love my current car, Chevy Cobalt. I forgot to see if it had cruise control though, and it doesn't, so that made me sad. I don't know what my dream car is, but it would have the following things:
Sunroof
Seat Warmers
Automatic ignition (like, click the remote button inside and it starts)
Cruise control
ummmm I can't think of anything else.
