weight loss

I went to try on my dress for what was supposed to be my final fitting last week but since I lost a bit of weight, there is less to hold the dress up and now its' too long... I'm really trying to get in shape for being in a bathing suit on our HM/cruise, not so much for the actualy wedding. But now I'm afraid that if I lose any more, my dress wont' be ready in time or will still be too long. But now that I don't hate running and exercising (it's taken 23 years to get to that point lol) I don't want to stop. How do I balance the two now? Give myself a little more freedom on the diet? Work out less? How much freedom is too much freedom? I don't want to gain it all back either...Anyone who is a health expert...your advice would be appreciated! TIA!

Go on wit yo bad self, girl! Keep doing what you're doing. The seamstress can always take it in more if need be. That's definitely a good problem to have! ;)

i would say cut your work out routine in half and indulge in a chocolate chip cookie to reward yourself!  That is so great.  I have to start my work out routine now.

keep your workouts up, once you stop or slow down it is SOOOO hard to get back into it.
Weight loss is 80% diet/healthy food choices and 20% exercise. With that in mind you can increase your calories a little to maintain your weight.

I agree, you don't want to undo all the awesome exercise you've done!!  I was the same way with hating exercising, then loving it and then I got away from it and can't get back!!  =(  Luckily with my strict diet I am still losing, but seriously, I still want to be healthy too!!  So, anyway, I would stick with the exercise and just increase the calories a little bit.  Great job with your weight loss, though!!!  =)
