Working towards a check & flower girl dress!

I finally got inspired to start working on fabric flowers that I want to incorporate into my decor & making my flower girl basket/ring bearer pillow.  I went to Joanne's to get all of the supplies so I can slowly start this week!  Looking forward to it.

And my FSIL went and found a flower girl dress that I love!  I told her to shop after Easter & try to find one on sale so we wouldn't have to buy online or from a store.  She found this one at JCP for like $20!  Score!  I'm so excited it worked out!

    Good find on the dress! We had the same idea about easter dresses, unfortuantely we are having a hrd time because I really want something in ivory, or at the very least another fall color. I would even be happy with gold at this point but Easter is obviously not the time for these colors to be out. I found a couple but they were never in the right size, or had tons of black accents which does not work : /

    I am excited to see your fabric flowers! I am also making a bunch of fabric and paper flowers for our bouquets and for decor. Bring back pictures after you've finished a few!
