Hope this at least gives you somewhere different to look. If she still doesn't seem to be willing to participate, maybe she wants to step down.... Maybe she can do a reading or be involved in some other way?

I have been calling her to try and talk to her about it. When she calls me back we will be having a discussion. She had a lot happen since I asked her to be MOH which is why her budget was drastically cut. This past year has been really hard on her and I don't want to add more to what she's already worrying about. I guess that may be why I was debating asking her to step down. I just don't think she handle it right now with everything else she has going on. She keeps telling me she will make it work, but with now saying that she can't afford a dress I don't know if she will be able to make it all work.

Tough situation... I would work with her and see if there's something you both can come up with together. She sounds like she's still a willing participant. Good luck and keep us posted.

Im stuck buying ALL my BM's dresses, and around here I cant find anything under 190 bucks! (i have a large size BM and a very small petite BM) So i only have two BMs Not including my soon to be step daughter of course as junior bridesmaid, my MOH (my sister) wont be able to make it since she is taking care of our ill father..
