My allergies are bad right now too. I have so much pressure in my nose, it's really uncomfortable.

Otherwise, I can't complain. I had a great weekend! I had my fitting with Becky (she said I have nice breasts!), I went to lunch and shopping with my mom and best friend and got my outfit for the bachelorette party, I had my second shower which was really fun, and we had our final meeting with our DJ. For a couple of weeks I was really sick of wedding, but now that we're having all of our final vendor meetings and getting the day of schedule worked out, I'm coming back around to excited.

AND, I had an interview on Friday and I have a phone interview for another job (which I *really* want) this afternoon. Things are great right now! And Julie, you can flame me for AWing on B&M Monday if you want

It's Monday. 8:40 AM. I know we have big thing coming up at the end of this week for work, but please, my coworkers do NOT need to start complaining this early in the morning. Things will get done, just do them. Don't complain about how it's not done and then we have to do it anyway so save your voice and my time and just do it. Ugh... I love my job if it wasn't for women that love to complain!

My B&M is I hate people that take things that are said out of context and assume they are meant in a hurtful way instead of looking at the person and thinking about if that person really would mean something in a malicious way. AND then not confronting the person about the statement but instead just holding onto it and being pissy when no one knows why.

I hate when I get an email at 8pm on a Sunday from my boss. I hate it even more that I stay up until 11 trying to fix what is bothering him and then get up and come to work. I hate late weekend emails. They ruin my weekend.

Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that I'm irriated with FI because:

We went to Home Depot to get some stuff to paint on the wooden shutters next to the front window. Well, FI swore up and down he knew what he was doing and to buy this can of glaze/tint/whatever... so we bought it. Since FI hates to do house stuff, I decided how hard could it be to paint the shutter? So I painted half of it and thought to myself... hmm... this looks kind of white maybe it will dry clear?... so I made it look decent, but didn't finish the rest. Well... I called the 800 tech support... Evidently... we were supposed to have color added to it at the paint counter so yes, that would stay white and not dry clear. He recommends to sand it off and start over. Thanks a lot FI. Now I have a crazy looking half white shutter when it supposed to be cedar colored!

I woke up at 4:30 last night and could not for the life of me go back to sleep. Now I am really tired! And I have a weird bump on my arm. I did get a mosquito bite there but then it turned into like a huge bump that felt like it was underneath my skin. And its super itchy!

My only B&M is that I'm feeling frantic, trying to make sure all the little details and logistics are in place. I leave Sunday for our wedding, and i'm sure I'll forget to pack something.

But really that's an AW dressed up as a B&M, and I shouldn't complain

People who have been at a job for multiple years really need to try and remember what it is like to be new. It is so "easy" for you because you have been there for 4 yrs. No, I don't know everything yet, I have been there for 3 weeks. Take the stick out and stop being rude.

I'll follow the trend of posting AW's for B&M. Our offer has been accepted on a house so now we cross our fingers it works out this time.

We have a family member helping us out with the house buying process and he has been no help at all. It's like we are flying solo and as first time home buyers, yikes! We have never been through this process before. I really wished I would have pushed to use someone else after the last house fell through. I cannot explain how so dang happy I will be when a house is ours and he is no longer our realtor. Never again. Phone calls are a nightmare because he can't hear me so it's filled with repeating myself or him saying "Yes" to something without even hearing me. We've done all the leg work, filling out the paperwork, sending them our offer and making sure our t's are crossed and our i's are dotted because he says "Looks great!" without actually looking at it and having to find out for ourselves what certain things mean because he tells you one thing or he just doesn't know. I'm a little tired of the "I don't knows" and completely jealous of Tiffany having her rocking awesome mom as her realtor

My Mom is pretty rocking awesome, but she lives 2 hours away and isn't in the business full time..or else I would have offered her up for you guys a long time ago! Plus, I love my Mom, but I will probably be ready to kill her by the end because she will have "two cents" about everything.

I'm pretty sure your house is safe...at least from us ;) Yeah our person doesn't do this regularly anymore either. It would have sucked to have to fire him but I would have done it as hard as it would be. We told ourselves if it wasn't working out for us, we would do it. You can see how well that worked out, LOL.
