Opinions! Mens Wearhouse or President Tuxedo??

we went last weekend and checked out both places. MW had way better customer service but just found out PT has a black friday deal! which place has better quality? & service?

Our GM got their tuxedos from MW and I loved them. CS sucks at some locations but the one in Troy had great CS. The only problem was a few guys had tuxedos that were too small including my DH. I guess that could be a big deal. I used MW because I had guys from out of state who had to get tuxedos and Presidents Tuxedo wasn't an option.

We used both. The ushers used PT in 12 Oaks, no problems, they were really nice. The GM used MW Dearborn. No problems either, except I felt the staff was a little rude. The PT tuxes looked better, which was sucky since they were the ushers

We used PT. The prices were way better and the quality was way better. All of the tuxes fit perfectly. The only problem we had was the groomsmen/ushers/my dad were charged for shoes that they didn't have (we let them all wear their own shoes). Brian followed up with the manager and got the money back.

We're going with Men's Warehouse. Got two tuxedos free, $20 off each rental, and excellent customer service at the Troy (Roch Rd. & Big Beaver) location. Tuxedo is a SEXY Super 120s (lightweight) Calvin Klein 2 button.
