Thanks and right now im wanting to stay around 2000 for the ceremony, we are only having 10-20 people, I would like outdoor but def no elvis and not traditional.
With that budget and not traditional, I'd recommend avoiding the resort chapels as you'll probably drop $1k just on a basic ceremony. You could do something more custom really anywhere because you can hire an officiant in Vegas to come to you. Tell us more about what you find interesting and you'll probably get lots of ideas. It could be anything from taking your party on a double decker bus down the strip and getting married at the Vegas sign to going the opposite direction and getitng married in Red Rock Canyon outside, Neon Museum sign graveyard, so on and so forth.
