So we had 105 guests, so I made 50 programs and I still had about 15 extras. So I would say just to split it in half just in case, but expect extras. A lot of my family kept them. I don't think any one threw theirs away at the venue. I feel like they might have looked at it and then just put it back on the chair, so it ended up in my extra pile.

I would say maybe 75? You might have some extras, but not terribly many. (Unless you're doing activity ones like Jennyann.)

i think you only need like 60 at the most. Unless they are fans. Thats what I'm doin :0)

If you need to do your programs before you hear back on how many people are coming, I would do as many as you think are going to show up, then take a few more away. I think the formula is something like 20% from the number of people you're inviting actually show up, but that was before the economy went wonky. If you're not doing fans, then I'd go 45-50 tops. Not everyone keeps them or takes them - the odds go up though if you have someone hand them out.

i would do about 70...it's nice to have a fex extras to be safe.

i had about 100 extras because my super smart GM's gave one per couple, none to kids (anybody who had parents there...including 40yo cousins were "kids"), and none to guys that didn't ask...they figured guys don't want them (which they don't)...but i had made enough for 1 per couple, 1 per single, and 1 per kid..since kids like something to look at/play with.

i heartbreakingly recycled them all, but i kept a stack of 10...just in case...for no reason. lol.

If you're putting them on chairs, then every other one is probably a safe bet.
