I worked out last night for the first time in a while because I want to make my arms a bit more toned for the wedding so I am going into boot camp mode...also did lots of ab stuff since I will be in a swimsuit for a week after... um yeah my arms are crying today.

I've been wanting to try out some of Jillian's work outs. I now have no more excuses to not work out. We have our wii fit, zumba for xbox and a few other athletic games.

I want to get Kinect for our Xbox so that I can do those interactive workouts. We have a Wii and Wii fit but I hate it. I have a weird dislike for the Wii that I can't explain.

I like my Xbox Kinect fitness stuff, Musu, but it can't substitute real exercise. It ought to be in addition to it. I like it for some good yoga stretching though and aerobics stuff that I don't always do at the gym like jumping jacks, squatting, lunges etc.

That makes sense Kalpi. I would probably do it as part of a workout, not as my entire thing. I love love LOVE lifting weights ... which I know is weird probably. I also love doing pull ups.

Myusername, haha I hate that too! I just don't like the stuff they have for "fitness" either, I dunno why.

Chrissy, it's been between 35-40 and it rained like crazy today here. SO WEIRD for December. But I'll take it.

I was using my Wii Fit for the last two years, but now it's acting up, and it's been a little light for me -- I rarely broke a sweat. I got 30DS.

Mica, I did 30DS for the first time in a long time last week, and I could barely walk. I was in so much pain. That's probably a sign I should do it more often.

Yay H is on his way home. I have become oddly co-dependent since getting married. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Sleeping alone is no longer appealing to me.

I never work out. I need to because my ass is starting to take over, but god I'm lazy. The treadmill is like 20 steps away, but that's too far.

In Christmas news, I bought some red and gold ribbon at Target today and wrapped it around the tree, and added some gold bows. It looks so much prettier now.

I definitely agree that the video game programs are in addition to. It just makes me feel better if I don't make it to the gym that I at least do something. Although the Zumba seems to be able to make me sweat. Or I guess it could be I work up a sweat easily now since I have turned into a couch potato.

A little bit. We're actually taking a mountain cabin mini vacation with Rufus in mid-January. So that'll be nice. But I want to get some hikes in so I don't turn into a total blah that week.
