Saturday Workout Accountability

Hi everyone! :)  I don't think I'll be getting my workout in tomorrow so I made sure to get a small one in today :)  Got on the Wii, down a little more on the scale, yay!!  Same as yesterday, started with some strength and ab work, only today I'm actually sore from what I did yesterday and it felt really good :)  I did a short run today, 10 minutes "ran" 1.689 miles, dropping my first mile time to 5min 55sec down yesterday fronm 6 min 3 sec.  yay me! :) Anyone else working out today? :)

  • Not this girl.  We have  a wedding today.  I wanted to run this morning, but I AM STILL SORE from my class on Wednesday.  Seriously, girlfriend did a number on my legs.  Tomorrow :)

  • Today is a cross training day, gotta get 40 minutes in somewhere! I would have liked to be biking, but my tires are only at 5.5 PSI instead of the 35-55 they are supposed to be. My last bike ride just about killed me... I couldn't figure out why it was so hard until I got home and checked the pressure! So until I find a pump, I'll do some walking and swimming.

    We're going out to the lake nearby for my twin BFFs birthday today, so I should be able to get a little exercise in there.

  • New to this board, but I just finished by 4th straight day of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I'm hoping I can do my fitting after the 30 days!
