Bands?

Can anyone recommend any bands? We're looking for a band with horns -- very similar to bands like NYC Swing, but not as expensive.

    We hired the Dreamteam of NYC Swing...they were awesome!  Highly recommend.  What is your budget?

    Defniiltely look at The Time Machine.  They are very pricey and I still think worth every dollar.  Horns, plus a variety of vocals, all genres, and they really get engaged with the crowd.

    If you want something more jazzy check out smokin section.  They have a base offering of 3 horns in their 9 piece band setup, but the band leader (sax player) also plays in a jazz/swing band and can add more brass if needed.

    That's going to be a limiter.  I think that bands large enough to have a good brass section get to be in the $6-$8k range.  Or at least, so it seems.
