No HM in Putna Cana...

in African American Weddings
Cause we moving on down to the ATL !!!!! FI and I want to pursue some business opportunities and feel like ATL will be a great place to do that at plus my mom is moving there the day after the wedding as well as we will have other family close by. Im so excited about the move but I really wanted to go to PC for our HM. Because we need the money to pay moving expenses we thought it may be a little cheaper to go to Orlando FL.and stay for 3 nights and 4 days instead of 10 days in PC.

Any FL brides..besides universal studios what else is there to do there. I would like to be close to a beach for some fun in the sun ?! Where is Mrs.Smith ima have to get on the FB page and page her

    I live in Orlando :) There is City Walk at Universal for food, movies & nightlife. There are millions of things to do on International Drive like comedy shows, BB Kings, Upsidedown Buildings, helicopter rides (search Orlando International Drive). The closest beach in Cocoa Beach (about 45 min drive) & the next is Daytona Beach. Theres fun stuff to do at Disney as well, not necessarily the theme park but all the extra stuff.

    Yes ma'am you can go inside the buildings one is Wonderworks & it's like a museum & they have food and comedy shows and laser tag. Ripley's Believe it or Not is another one & it's like a museum as well. International Drive is like a big strip & there are tons of things to do down there

    Yea that sounds fun...I was just googling some different hotels and timeshare, I found a couple places that has beautiful pools and resorts. So long as I can stay some where near some water Ill be cool. I love to swim and lay out in the sun !

    @Casey..right thats how I have to look at it. I was so excited about going to PC but we said we'll go for our 1 yr anny ! 

    Thank you girls. I am excited about the move..new city, close to family and Im getting away from this mesirable city I live in AND Im going to be starting my new business there in about 2 to 3 yrs. Thats what Im most excited about !!!

    By the way in terms of Orlando....there is a great outlet mall there. 

    I am originally from Florida.  Right out side of Jacksonville.  I grew up in  a place called Fernandina Beach.  It is a beach town, beatiful and relaxing. It is about 30 minutes from Jacksonsville.  There are a lot of things to do in Jville, but especially the beach.

    THere is also Destin Beach as well.  It just kinda depends on if you want to party or relax.

    yayyy...maybe we can do a meet and greet once we're there. We are moving after the wedding too. FI wants to be there by Aug.

    The beach is about 30-40 mins from Orlando

    @fancy..Ooo yes.. I sure will Ive been looking at places now just to get an idea where we're moving too.  I contacted State board of cos see I can see about getting my nail tech lic. transfered. Next it will be daycares and schools. I will be hitting you up !
