Bridalicious Boot Camp

So today was my first day of doingf the first dvd of Bridalicious Boot Camp. Needless to say it was definately challenging but I toughed through it. Towards the end I was feeling very nauseous and after I was done I vomited. I waited almost an hour and a half after having breakfast before doing the workout and it wasn't a very heavy breakfast. I also alternated between the beginner and intermeditate moves depending on intensity. This isn't my first time working out and I'm not overweight so I was just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or have any tips so it won't happen again.

  • No chance of pregnancy. But I haven't been drinking much water so it's very possible that I am dehydrated. Will definitely start increasing the water intake. Thanks for the tip!
  • The other thing to keep in mind is that the DVDs are designed to elevate and lower your heart rate at intervals to maximize calorie burn. So although you are not new to working out, if this particular style of interval workouts is something different, your bodyneeds to adjust. But I agree with PP - dehydration is most likely the culprit.

    I am also doing the workouts and heads up for Disc 2 - it about killed me with the burpees!!! :)

  • I have been doing them for a while and the first week was a killer for me!! It will get easier though as you start toning up...the first week I could barely do the warm up lol and now the warm up doesn't even bother me
