Going to Vegas Next Week

FI and I are going to Vegas next week for fun.  We have about a day and a half by ourselves before 2 other couples join us.  FI is not into shows or shopping.  Any recommendations on things for us to do before the others arrive?

I'm thinking Hoover Dam.  And I'd like to do pedicures (he might do one there because no one he would know would see him... no risk of the manhood thing)

    My FI and I were in Vegas this past March. We ended up taking a helicopter tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. I've been to both before but never from the sky! It was absolutely amazing. You can choose to do it in the afternoon or morning since it's only about a 4 hour roundtrip. They serve you champagne and a picnic lunch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and then you have about 45 minutes to just explore the bottom of the canyon. You can always just drive to the Hoover Dam too, but you probably won't have enough time to drive to the Grand Canyon.

    I did a Grand Canyon tour when on vacation in Sedona with Pink Jeep Tours (they have a Las Vegas branch as well) and they were really nice, plus the tour buses were very comfortable, so I'd recommend them.

    We used Look Tours and it was $300 per person. They have a lot of different helicopter tours though that range in price so if you're interested I'd def. check them out. Here's their website: http://www.looktours.com/las-vegas-helicopter-tour.html

    We also did the helicopter tour into the Grand Canyon and it was amazing! Ours was through Maverick Helicopter; they picked us up at the hotel and brought us back. This year we're going for New Years and we plan on visiting Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at The Venetian and The Price Is Right at Ballys.

    Oh I forgot to mention too that the price includes limo transfer to and from your hotel to the tour facility!
