  I used Special Event Beauty - they were awesome!!! Love them!
  
  I also had a trial with Charlotte Phinney. She was great too, and it was hard for me to pick between her and SEB.

  I had my trial and am using From Hair to Eternity: Special Day by Carolina...great prices and I loved my hair and makeup.  She was easy to talk to and receptive to anything I wanted.   Great packages also.  Website is : http://www.Specialdaybycarolina.com

  We used Girly Junk for Makeup and I Do Hair onsite, we used Eva-  both vendors were amazing!!!
