starting Monday I want to do 10 days without any sugary treats; instead I'll have yogurt, trail mix, etc.  but no brownies or candies or cookies.  no juices or cokes.  minimal or no white flour.  I would start now, but I am going to a chocolate-making class this weekend and I want to be able to enjoy myself.

does anyone want to do it with me?
  • Coco I will do it with you starting Monday.  I'll probably need some sugary crap on Sunday to counteract Saturday night.

<div>I'm pretty sure if I stopped with sugar, I'd die.  I always put white sugar in my tea.  Always.  I've been really good about avoiding the chocolate lately though.  I'm pretty sure that's over on Sunday when I'm driving though.</div>

I'm going to add some chopped walnuts or pecans and shredded unsweetened coconut to make it really hummingbird-y.  also might switch the canola oil for some plain greek yogurt.
