Hi Ladies!
Today was my first day back in about 3 months. I decided to start my "working out" with 30DS. OMG! It kicked my a$s! I'm pretty disappointed that I felt so weak. I went from doing p90x back in August to now barely being able to finish 30ds level 1
My pride is feeling pretty down about this but my head is trying to remind myself that its been a few months & that my body just needs time to get used to this again. Siigghhh...
