for our food, we're having butler passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour, then entree (filet and crabcake or chicken and crabcake) which is served with a house salad, rolls, veggie and starch, and then wedding cake and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
to me, this is a nice dinner, but i'm wondering if we really should spring for a soup, or an intermezzo type thing between courses...
maybe i'm being silly. what are your thoughts?
