Sooo indecisive....Color help!

Ok so, I'm such an indecisive person...I can't ever make up my mind so I thought I would post to see what you girls think! My wedding is December 15th, 2012.

I'm basically between 2 VERY different color schemes.

The first being a winter wonderland theme with my colors being a mixure of blue and silver.

But then today I saw a blog of a December wedding that was mostly black in white with touches of red.

So....now i'm stumped! do you girls have any opinions?

PS: I'm trying to avoid the whole Christmas thing so no green.

Re: Sooo indecisive....Color help!

  • Could you post some examples of the black and white theme? It sounds nice...But it'd help to see what you're talking about.
  • I myself like the decor possibilties with a winter wonderland theme.
  • I prefer the black/white/red scheme but the blue/sliver scheme can be nice if done well. It really depends on what type of look you are going for. The black/white/red seems more formal, elegant, and put together while the blue/silver seems more fun, carefree, and whimsical.

  • We did black & white with red accents for our December 18 wedding.  I love Christmas but didn't want a red & green wedding.  I've also been to the winter wonderland type weddings and they are nice too.  I agree with PP that the black/white/red is more formal & winter wonderland is more relaxed.

I agree with this, so it really depends on how formal you want your wedding to be.
