Wedding Vows & Ceremony Discussions

Bubble Tags

Hi Ladies,
I saw a picture on the knot and now I can't find it Frown!  Attached to the bubbles, for the ceremony, was a little tag that said something along the lines of "Shower the Bride & Groom as they walk down the aisle as Husband & Wife". Is anyone doing this or know where I can find a picture to use as my inspiration?

THX!

  • I was looking at this earlier and was thinking of making my own label to wrap around my bubbles...

p.s. I dont think its the fact of people not knowing what to do with the bubbles, the point is to make it cute, personable, and symbolic.
  • also on dafont.com  under holiday-valentines, there are some very pretty fonts to use

  • I've heard bubbles can leave marks on a white dress... so be careful!
  • For my daughter's wedding we made tags for the bubbles and she put a quote from one of their favorite Dave Matthews Band songs.  On the back of each tag she stamped  a leaf pattern.

  • I love the idea of putting a quote on the tag! Thanks for letting me know about the possibility of the bubbles staining my dress! Definitely something I will look into.

  • Hello,
One bride on the DIY board had a great little  card on the basket and it said..
" Love is in the Air.
Share with us the joy and happiness we feel
on this magical day of new beginnings.
Fill the air with these bubbles of good wishes
as we depart the New Mr and Mrs."

I like it and I have the same bubbles (little tubes) so I will put this on our basket. I also read somewhere that some one put on thier programs. Like under the benidiction (outside ceremony) they have intrduction of Mr and Mrs Smith and then under that they put at this time please feel free to blow bubbles into the air!  So that is a thought too. We are in a chapel so we have to wait till we go outside. :)

    Good Luck!
